Krom and Lewin's Font Editor
This tool is based on part of the KaM Remake engine and allows you to edit the font files of the game. You can export fonts as bitmaps, then after editing the bitmap with a program like Photoshop, import the bitmap and save the modified font. In this sense it is complicated to use so should be for advanced users.
