This section has some additional goodies that you can download for your computer that are Knights and Merchants themed. Included are e.g. the game manuals and different kinds of windows icons.

Manuals

The Peasants Rebellion 1.60 Manual This is the updated manual for The Peasants Rebellion as it was included in the 1.60 patch. It fixes many errors that were present in the original manual and also updates some outdated information. Furthermore it also does some slight changes to the general layout to allow for a uniform look between the different localizations of the manual.	Download/View
The Peasants Rebellion Updated 2012 Manual Here are slightly updated manuals that were compiled for the 2012 edition. The only thing that differs in these is the fact that the credits section has been updated to reflect the fact that the soundtrack has been replaced.	Download/View
The Peasants Rebellion Original Manual Over here we have the original manual as it was provided with The Peasants Rebellion. It is pretty much the same as the manual for the original game, but some sections have been added or updated to account for the new additions that are present in this game. Some of the new sections have been put together without much afterthought and they stand out from the rest of the manual pretty well.	Download/View
The Peasants Rebellion 2012 Edition Manual This is the main manual that was also included as a printed version with the 2012 edition of the game. Notably it features a completely new quite nice looking layout. It has both German and English manuals in the same and the German texts have been slightly updated, though the English ones remain the same.	Download/View
The Shattered Kingdom Updated 2012 Manual This is an updated manual for The Shattered Kingdom that has been based on the previous update that was already made to the manual. The only thing that differs in these is the fact that the credits section has been updated to reflect the fact that the soundtrack has been replaced. Note that the German manual has a slightly different layout, but this was probably already present in the previous update of the manual that is currently missing.	Download/View
The Shattered Kingdom Updated Manual This is the updated version of The Shattered Kingdom manual. It is based on The Peasants Rebellion manual and the content unique to that game have had their sections cut away to make the manual relevant to the original game. This manual was used on some value re-releases of the original game where the engine itself had also been updated to the engine used in The Peasants Rebellion.	Download/View
The Shattered Kingdom Original Manual Here we have the original manual for The Shattered Kingdom. It brings back a lot of memories. The American version of the manual is regrettably not available, but the British version should hopefully be just as good.	Download/View
The Shattered Kingdom Linux Manual This is the manual for the Linux version of the game. The layout is very basic and the content is mostly the same with changes to the legal remarks and installation being the only things that specifically pop out.	Download/View
The Shattered Kingdom Mac OS X (Intel) Manual And this section would naturally not be complete if we didn't provide a manual for Mac gamers as well. This manual is pretty similar to that of the Linux manual as in it has a very basic layout and the only thing content wise that differs from the regular manual is the legal mumbo jambo. Windows Cursor Set
This is a set of cursors that can be used if you think that the old default windows cursors look plain. They have been made by The Knight and look really nice. I recommend downloading them if you want a lot of Knights and Merchants feeling when doing whatever in windows.

Windows Icon Set
This is a set of icons that can be used to replace the old icons for different things like my computer, recyling bin etc. I think The Knight has made them and they do look kind of nice, expect the buttons that look kind of ugly, but that is caused because of the lack of space so their size ratio isn't correct.

Windows 9x Desktop Theme
This is a theme for Windows that changes the sounds, background, cursors and icons with ones that are more Knights and Merchants like. You need Windows 95 or 98 and the resolutions supported are 800x600 and 1024x768. I have not tested this one yet, but I've looked through the files, and all of the sounds are some that are available from the game. If you really need a lot of Knights and Merchants feeling into your Windows, trying this one could be a good idea.
