I wanted to know where it is necessary to save the map after tunning... help me! (The map already exists in mission/dmaps folder, I only changed buildings, soldiers,etc.)

If you are using my mission editor, it explains in the help file. Go to Help -> Help on the main menu, then "Using the editor" -> "Getting Started - Playing your mission"

It explains where to save the mission file (.DAT) You must override original KaM missions in order to play a custom mission. e.g. if you save it as mission0.dat, it will override the tutorial.
