1 change and 1 added rule:

Change: Some players honestly found it not fair that players with a lower team number could have an advantage over the other team if the chosen map is a map with only 1 possibility of been played (like for example Wilderness).
This map can only be played top vs bottom, which is not really fair if you look at the location choosing system.
Atm the team with the lowest team number may start banning and choose which 2 locs they want from the locs been played that game (which is picked by the other team).
I have to say it's indeed not fair for the "highest numbered team" .
If for example the played map is Wilderness, they have nothing to say about the locations on the map, since that map is only been played top vs bottom.
Because of that, the rule has been changed a little bit.
Now, IF the map has only 1 way to be played (Wilderness, Defending The Homeland, Across The Desert) the team with the highest team number may immediately choose which of the 2 locs they want.
In my opinion and from others this is more fair, I hope you all understand this decision.

Added Rule: This is a rule which is really important and may not be broken, Specatators are not allowed in tournament games, not even if they are not participating in the tournament. If you break this rule i am forced to use some punishments.

I don't agree with the reasoning. Let's really think about the pros and cons.

Banning first is disadvantage (low team). "Highest numbered team" gets the choice to play the map they want (choosing between remaining 6th or 7th maps) and now even decide which locs they play?
So that's basically double advantage for highest numbered team.

What would be the advantage for lowest numbered team now?
Nothing substantial because choosing "loc formula" is relatively crap compared to picking last map and personal loc interests.

I insist Rule should stay as Original: Highest numbered team has the final map choice between 6th and 7th (so it's not just ONLY Wilderness as the example seems to force), and in case of multiple loc options, they get that also (which combines perfectly with the final map choice, final loc formula).

But guys, really let the lower team players pick the positions to play.
Otherwise highest numbered team gets all the real advantages.

well how about someone is assigned caster that livestreams with a huge delay to be allowed as spectator?( one who is not in the tour ofc)
