What irritates me most - the Ad launches in background and starts playing that other game video with sound simultaneously with KaM HD.

The HD version seems to be the OS X (Intel) port just ported back to the PC. Yeah it doesn't make much sense, but explains why it was TSK that received this HD edition.
Still the HD edition is quite bugged with the game running too fast, all buildings being unlocked etc. so it's definitely not worth wasting your time on.
