I'm new: What should I download?

Hello everyone. I'm new in this community and i recently installed the remake. I downloaded the "Full installer". Just that. And i'm wondering if i'm missing something from the others downloads. As not one of the archives has the upload date, i don't know if the installer has it everything or i need to download another things.

Can you tell me what about the other downloads availables? Thanks.

If you downloaded from http://www.kamremake.com/download/ then you should be up to date (Your game version should be 5503). Exactly what do you believe that you are missing?

Correct. I downloaded from there.
And about your question, is just i was thinking that generally the games have "patches" and as i'm new, may be there's something separate.

You just need the original Game "Knights and Merchants: The Peasents Rebellion" then to download the Remake.
