the vine yard is bugging me , the fields are not snowy, especially the wooden part of it.

On the subject of the mud, I think it would be neat if you could make it look like frozen mud (I see this a lot in farms where I live). However, it doesn't really matter if it's unrealistic, because there is already corn growing in the winter

Stables look just good with the roof only
Maybe just some little snow on left entrance support and on the right fence pole?
