Today I played Wilderness: EdMatt, Mulberry and me used Skype.
I'm not used to play while talking, so I guess I need a bit more practice...

But overall, it was a funny experience. I liked hearing their young voices.
Sweet young voices.

Yes it requires practice. :p
But after 10 games you're not disturbed anymore and you'll see, you play way better.

I wouldn't mind skyping with people but if we have team speak server I'll join that. I was actually going to make a thread about this last night, ventrilo is also another possibility.

I have a Ts server you can all use. I set it up it up for a multi-gaming community which i helped set up and everyone is friendly over there anyway. I can set up channels just for you guys if wanted.

I haven't used team speak yet so i'm not exactly site how it works with channels, teams, passwords, etc. but i'm sure other people here are familiar with it. It would be great to be able to talk without making Skype calls all the time.
I guess it's best if we have our own channels like you suggested.

Cool. Well i've put a quick channel in for the time being and i'll do something more permanent later. I've used TS for clanning and other since 2003 so i'm rather used to it now.

It will probably take awhile for you guys to get used to it, but it will be easier for matches and setting them up.

Having one main meeting point is probably best. On one of my old games there was a TS just for getting clanwars etc.

It would be good if we were able to make subchannels, or there were at least 2 of them, in case there was a team speak game and both teams would want to use it.
