why my trees and corn doesn't grow on my map.?

It's probably too big (196x196?). KaM doesn't support the biggest map size available in Krom's editor.

I remember playing the second mission of The Dark Kingdom (I found it impossible) in which my woodcutter, after taking the most of tree trunks, started to paddle in and out of his house because (I guess) he wanted to cut down one of the trees on the nearby island, however he could never approach them.
