K&M style buildings

I was curious the other day, where can I find reallife reference for KM buildings, any ideas ? (For now I think it's German Gothic style, but ...)

Do you know any source of examples of it ? I wanna try myself in drawing anything in KM style, but I want to see real-life reference first

whatever they are they are majorly simplified so there will be no true refrence point.
they have many styles of building all mixed into this game so just look at midevil "without the dark dirty feel" from a childs point of view. maybe a good ref would be a childrens book with pictures.
