The proper term in Polish is "elitarna", I believe... also, why not call it "Polska Elitarna Armia" so the abbrevation stays the same in English?
Also I think that Florek, koczis12 and Romek might get angry at you since they are known as Polish Army

Yes - we are a team, but we don't need to label ourselves. Polish Army is only for lulz, no one cares about that.

At other side I don't think you present really "elite" level to tag yourself Elite Army, but it's your business how you see that. Good luck with finding a members.
