red triangles in storehouse

ok. i know they are to activate the cheats. but this has to be a "side bonus" they serve another purpose right? what is it?

Well from my experience, if you click a triangle the storehouse will not receive that particular item. For example, if my roads get crowded for some reason and my serfs want to get corn and I already have say 99999 corn in my storehouse, I just click it so the red triangle is on it and serf wont get any more corn. Of course you can always unclick it to get more of the respective resource.

Yes, that is what the red triangles do. It will take a while before it comes into effect though.

wow this has been dead for a while.
still getting e-mail notifications from this site but noone has posted in forever.
i dropped off the map, no time anymore.

I guess the delay happens because when a serf gets a new task, the task includes to e.g. go take flour from a windmill, take it to bakery and take some bread to the storehouse. This would of course make some delay on when resources completely stop going to the storehouse.

It dosn't work for me, i use the red dot to not take certains weapons, and they put all equaly into the castle..

Hey!
This red triangle function is could be good for the inn also. The barrack is also already got it. I know possible for this need to modified some basic foodmanagement codelines in the source code:S
