All shadows should have the same direction - bottom-right. Also, all elements should have same height.
You are right, I saw that after the post.. xD But I see you have some nice buttons already.
But you should try to make the bald resume button stone less "dirty" it shouts with the others, that one has a lot of dirt over it and the others are all cleaner.. Just a tip.

Stone BGs are generated by the game engine, they are not directly controllable. I made those buttons yesterday morning in about 30min. I can send you PSD file so you could see how it's made.
