Hi Thibby,
Thanks for posting the buttons, I hope you can improve them and make all of them

I have a few comments to make:
1.

We just want the bit in the middle, the engine draws the button outline, darkening, etc. All we need is icon that goes on the generic button, like this original from KaM:

. Of course if you're just doing this to see how it looks that's no problem, but for the final product just send us the icons without the button or darkened version
2. As Krom said a bit of embossing/texturing would look nice, for example look at some of the original icons:

Zoom right in and you'll see they have a lot of texturing, more than just solid white and an outline. It makes them look more 3D and interesting.
ahh, well, I can try it but remember that the buttons are rather pixelised to start with, to make them detailed you need to make them epicly big and resize then trough the engine.

That shouldn't be necessary, just take a look at the icons I posted above and try copying some of the colours into yours (when I make graphics for KaM I usually end up copying pixels from original sprites to get a feeling for what it should be like)
3. If we were going to do scroll animations we'd do them in the engine rather than storing each frame of the animation (much less GPU RAM required that way). We don't have any way to let people be invited to games because there's no accounts system, which as we've said before would be a huge amount of effort. I like the idea of popup invites but I don't think it's practical because we'd need the accounts system plus most people don't keep KaM running all day so they mostly wouldn't be online to see your invite. That kind of thing works well through a program like Steam which you leave running all day. (but of course we can't get the game put on Steam because we don't own it)
