Who did that re-narration? The original game uses professional narrators, doesn't it?

TSK certainly used a professional narrator (I really like the way he reads it), but TPR's original English narrator doesn't sound very professional at all to me, and the translation was really bad. So even if I'm not a professional narrator at least I can speak English fluently
