I'm in Shattered Kingdom mission 4 and I simply can't get wood from my sawmills to my weapons workshops. I've checked the distribution, that the delivery doors are all open, etc etc, but no serfs ever pick up wood except to build new structures. Otherwise they completely ignore the mills!!

Anyone had this happen to them? Found a solution beyond cheats?

destroy both sawmills, weapon workshops and timber mills and rebuild them, but also make sure you have excess serfs.

Which version are you playing?

Maybe you planned to many buildings without ever building them. Their demand of wood fills "wood to deliver" list completely, so workshops demand can't get in there.

After rereading your post I'm completely convinced of the fact that you have checked the timber button in your storehouse preventing serfs from bringing timber there.

I had that problem....Get the patch. fixed everything

the patches help ALOT!
