I agree with Itlerion:
http://www.kamremake.com/chat/
We must enter the chat-room whenever we have free time, expecting to find other Tournament participants.
Multiplayer Lobby would need this for next Kam release -> a simple
Chat (List of idle players at the right).
Later, programmers can add the Invite function, as 1 member suggested at KamR Ideas.
Respect Players Evaluation
This is one, or lets say, the most important of the goals with the tournaments: To discover the true Level of all these new Nicks.
We have been doing a auto-evaluation, however we know that reality comes up when we compare our own impressions with other unknown people. What is being a 1? What is being a 10?
My Suggestions
1)
Classification SOLO: Instead of using Numbers, lets use Stars (asterisks).
The game itself is not SO DEEP as for using 10 different grades of players.
I recommend to use from 1 to 4 stars, and features relationed with each Type of Player.
A feature could be the amount of Storehouses a player builds, related to the "Base design" and forward Expansion.

2)
Classification DUO/TEAM: Considering *Stars* from members, the Team will be rated as the total Sum of *Members Stars*.
It's a easy way to determinate which Team is "stronger" when comparing with others.
This method can be used to pair fairly balanced sides in Level (not mattering the NÂș of players).
2vs3 Balanced Sides: Team A (4+3)
= Team B (3+3+1)
2vs5 Imbalanced Sides: Team A (4+4)
> Team B (2+2+1+1+1)
