Those are local IP addresses, so only people on your LAN will be able to join them. To find out your external IP go to a site like: http://www.whatismyip.com/
If you made your server public (clicked the "Start Internet Server" button, or set the dedicated server to AnnounceServer=1) then it will appear on the server list for everyone else, and you can check it here:
http://www.kamremake.com/servers/
It won't appear on your list of servers because it is not usually possible to connect to your external IP address from on your own LAN.

But my friends connect perfecly... i don't knowm why? my friends are not in my house i mean is not a LAN server. . . . ok serch it sir.

Maybe your friends selected your server from the online list and joined that. Unless you're using some sort of VPN software like Hamachi.
