Some changes in KaM

I'm testing some changes to completly useless TPR units (rogue, rebel, vagabond). But I have a problem or two... So:
1. Can I change a type of units (eg. rebel from anti-cavalary formation to cavalary)?
2. Can I change a attack range of watch tower and all ranged units?
3. Can I change a cost of units in Town hall?

I don't think so. It's hard coded into the EXE.
2. Can I change a attack range of watch tower and all ranged units?
Possibly, it might be in the Unit Editor If not then no, it's also hard coded into the EXE.
3. Can I change a cost of units in Town hall?
Nope, that's also in the EXE as far as I know.
