On the dutch forum (
http://www.kam.vanmeijeren.nl/forum) we maybe want to buy the rigths of KaM from zuxxez. So we want to send them a lot of mail and letters so they will respond. Is here someone who wants to join us whith the letter and e-mail writing.

Who is going to have the necessary money for buying the rights? Some more known IPs can get sold for sereval millions of dollars. Now I doubt the IP of KaM could be this valuable, but I doubt it would be sold for a few hundred or thousand bucks.

What cheque? We aren't asking for money, just for sending letters written in German, with the question for bringing out a new KaM!
Letters should be written to ZuxxeZ...

Hmm to get the rights u need a lot of money, i think about 100-200 tousand ?! I dont know!
But ZuXXeZ is like a stone... U can say what u want, but nobody will answer u! Its the same with JoiMania!
They arent interested in us anytime more !
They arent interested in KaM or a KaM2!
Its so sad!
I would join, but there would be no profit!

Well I had the same problem with nobody sending any replies. But a month ago I tried to send Peter Ohlmann an e-mail, and he replied me within a day, so that works...
His message was:
Hallo,
leider besitzen wir nicht die Rechte an der Marke "Knights and Merchants". Diese liegen bei der Firma Zuxxez.
Zudem ist mit Erscheinen von Anno1701 und bald Siedler 6 ausreichend Angebot im Bereich Aufbauspiel vorhanden.
An Ideen mangelt es sicher nicht

Nowadays with the new games Anno1701 and soon Settlers 6 there is a perfect market with Strategy games.
