Wow I am surprised to see that this game still lives on, I am trying to install KaM The shattered kingdom on my new windows 7 computer but it says it isnt compatible with a 64 bit version of windows, can someone help me please? I really love this game an hope to play again.

The installer is 16bit so it doesn't work, the game itself does work though (so you can copy it over from an other computer, and it will work)

I heard that GOG.com has that (maybe only TPR though, not sure), but why would you want to do that? You could ask someone with a 32bit OS (or use a VM) to install TSK and send you a copy and then apply the Vista/Win7 patch
No money needed.

You might be able to use a software called DOSBox, It allows you to play old school games on newer computers without any patches. Harold probably has a better plan.

DOSbox is for DOS, for TSK you could use a VM with 32bit XP / win2k / even lower if you want to
You may have to disable mouse integration, it doesn't work well with KAM

What is a VM and i didn't know if KaM was DOS or not, im not all good with the computer stuff but i try. I had this problem too when i first got vista, than i DownLoaded i think from a link on Zuxxez. I had to pay 5 bucks then it lead to a private url where i could download the game and install its contents

Virtual Machine, I recommend
VirtualBox
It comes without windows of course but you can just get that somewhere..
DOSBox emulates DOS, but KAM is not a DOS program, not even TSK is, so that won't help
