Who has the best AI

Last week I was watching a chess party online. Two AI player was playing and got the idea.
What if there would be a kind of tournament for scripters in every year where programmed AIs would fighting with each other?
getting armies randomly and they could matching. Strong idea but why not?:D

Yes, kind of.
At this moment I see only way way to this, when each BOT scripted into one script.
Or do you think there is another way to manage two AIs?
