Mission 13 TPR - The easiest win!

How to win the battle mission 13, from The Peasants Rebellion? One option is to use tactic and fight. Second option is the easy way.

In that battle mission, you get Ballistas (or Catapults, not quite sure) and we all know that machines are not living creatures... but what do living creatures need to survive? That's right, food.
Only red player (you) has Ballistas in that mission, so what you have to do is next. Just wait long enough until all of their units die from hunger. Of course, yours will die too, but Ballistas won't. In that case, you are the only player on the battlefield, so you will win the battle mission!
Oh, and you have to put Ballistas somewhere where enemy Crossbowmans can't hit them.

Use this if you are really unable to win the normal way, and I hope this will help you!

So, is this of any help or is it a total garbage?

Well I think it's cheating. Not exactly garbage though. If someone is really stuck on this mission then they could use this to win it I suppose.
But still, kind of cheating IMO.

Gotta agree with Lewin, definitely cheating IMO :D. Perhaps something to look at in SR3.

Makes me wonder if ballistas are true robots of KaM .... they don't need food, arm and shoot on their own .. magic?

Good idea. Maybe give the enemy one siege equipment or something.

I agree with you Krom, they are like robots. They could have been done with a man pushing them, who needs to be fed and talks to you. That would have been far better IMO, and would have fit in with KaMs high realism standards.

Not a good idea, the enemy will not use it correctly, they will still be easy to defeat after the army has starved.

I think that, insted of siege weapons, you should some more archers or crossbowmen.
