I'm a little frustrated to pay 5 things of gold to get barbarian that doesn't have any armor. Anyone know why this happens? How can I get armor all the time?

The barbarian (no armour) and warrior (with armour) are both identical. It seems strange but they both have one armour point, even though they look quite different.
When you train a warrior it randomly gives you one or the other. But as they are both the same it doesn't matter.

Look at the points value on the scroll thing on the left of the screen when you have them selected. See? They both have 4 attack and 1 defence.

I thought the guy without armour was more vunerable since he wasn't protected. I didn't know about the points value scroll thingie.

No trouble, it's always worth asking with something like that because often other people will have the answer.

Barbarians(Warriors) only have one defence thing?!? that stinks... Don't like them no more...

If they had more they would just be too strong. The balance of the whole fighting would be gone.
