I'm afraid we can not do anything about it. Community itself (and each of its members) decides how they want to play KaM.

Well It's quite unique situation because the only people who play normal maps and we are trying to play different ones quite often, play in lobby with password so random people who instal the game have no chance to get in without some research. So then there is only one option how to play multi and that is to join random lobby. And there we are... Generally It looks like there are vey few individuals who set the lobby and this run's into the issue of personal preference and cause these guys for some unearthy reason want to play only one map ( now It's secret zone 3. something blabla before it was bonsai and then cursed bonus) majority of players will get use to play like this (90PT 2.5 2.5 or worse).. It is quite sad and there is probably no good solution. Maybe implement tutorial for how to play multiplayer on 60PT and some sane speed like 1 or 1.5.

Well, you can do only one thing: banning those lobbies and trying to play 'normal' games. The passwords are use to be on Teamspeak. server: KamTS.eu
You have the largest chance to play normal games with TS players or maybe with CN clan.
Anyway I would say agree with you, there are some nonsense scripts, but as you see also the players are enjoying them
