Hey so yeah, I was just wondering if anyone had the same tastes in these games as I did. I played these alot when I was in my younger years growing up in middle school and Junior High if that is what they call it.

Can't think of anymore, but those are basically my favorites.

Speaking of RTS I played:
- Age of Empires I (really like their OST)
- Settlers 4 (nice graphics)
- Majesty (great concept !)
- Cossacks
- Tropico

I not mention traditional RTSs (Civ, ***Craft series, etc..)

Age of Empires 3 The War chiefs. This game is super epic.

I don't know, for whatever reason Age of Empires III never made me as hooked as the first and the second parts did back in the day.
By the way I heard that Ensemble Studios (the developer of the game series) is closing down... Quite sad for RTS fans

Oh and as for the original post, of the games you listed I've played Age of Empires, Age of Empires II, Age of Empires III, Zeus, Pharaoh and Caesar III.
To be honest, the gameplay type used in the Caesar, Zeus and Pharaoh just didn't quite cut it for me though.

I'm playing Age of Empires II, it's a great game, it's on my top 10!

i love age of empire 1 and age of empire 2 i have played on them for very long. but now every body moves on to the new games and i cant find anybody to play with anymore but it was like 3 years ago i played the last time

If you're looking for a lobby kind of service, I'm sure you will find a lot of people to play online with here. They are not exactly bad at the game however... :twisted:

i will try that out but i dont know how to train if im ever gonna play against a real player so far i can only play against the AL and he i beat every time even on hard

Heroes of Might and Magic III Complete (Excellent game, nothing to complain)
Command & Conquer: Generals (I hate the orginal/basic idea of C&C. This was something different and better)

all the AOe's and the empire earth's and age of mythologies.

total annihilation

outpost 1 and 2

caesar 2 3 and 4

and an absolutly massive library to even list. not including my more than 100 gba and more than 100DS games.

the strange thing about age of empires is that i like the AOE 1 alot more then 2, 3 or myhtology :S. I somehow find the grafics of the first one more acceptable for that time ^^

its a simpler gameplay. more fun.
