Theres a glitch where my labourers are not building people said its because i have to much building building at a time but how do i demolish a building that being built

To demolish buildings, use the red cross X in the building menu.

The bug that you report is known (I believe it is because you have many unconnected buildings or something like that). It is fixed in "KaM Remake".

KaM allows max of 6 or 7 unconnected house plans before the serfs stop bringing wood and stone iirc.
