I doubt. Performance is good enough, but the whole GUI needs to be redesigned for touch input.

I dont think so. The KaM GUI really looks like its already perfectly optimizet for Touch control. Theoretically, you can use the whole game without right mouse button. It seems to be really perfect for phones and tablets

Give it a try, launch KaM on PC and connect to it through RDP/TeamViewer
