Color palet messed up /windows 7

Hi all,

First of all, I'm pretty new to here and my english is seriously on the bad side, so don't kill me right away when I make some mistakes

Installation of the game went pretty smootly. No problems with it.
But when i started the game, my whole color palet was kindly said, not as it has to be, wich makes it totaly unable to play.
I installed it on my windows 8.1 without problems, but only on 7 it gives problems for me. Tried on an other windows 7 even with
a full copy of the installation of the windows 8.1/XP to see if it gave problems. But nothing seemed to work.

So is this something normal to windows 7 that is blocking me to play it there or can it be solved? As it works on 8.1 and XP, maybe a program missing?
Can any help me with it? Getting a bit depressed with it, cause of not being able to solve this.

This is not KaM Reamke. This is original KaM game, right?

This is indeed the original KaM, The Shattered Kingdom and The peasants Rebellion in one.

So on that it shouldn't give any troubles normaly, everything works fine and perfect, except for the color palet to be messed up horribly.

This can be fixed by downloading the Windows 7/ Vista color fix. Download the file and place it in your main KaM TPR directory.

Also I recommend that you take a look into the remake of Knights and Merchants. It updates the game to work much better on modern computers, adds mutiplayer options, built in map editor, new win goals, and much, much more. Check out kamremake.com
