Degradation artisans to helpers

I believe that the degradation of artisans to helpers in school interspersed by the game. Having exhausted the resources of coal, gold, iron and stone, our artisans have nothing to do. Downgrading them to the helper would be a good option. Made it difficult to include the destruction of our village and rapid reconstruction in the event of an attack enemy troops.

Turning them into servants at that point is actually a major upgrade
, From 0% purpose to 100% purpose. Don't think we should do this, atleast not for free.

retrain them for half the cost?
2 artisans + 1 gold = 2 servants?
the artisans themselves had been 2 gold so basiaclly it will be
3 gold = 2 servants.
