How to open .sav files?

Hello..

How can I open .sav files? I have problem wih multiplayer. When I save it, the map size is very very high.. Example: from 176x176 it made 267864x267864... I want to edit the map size.

Can someone help me?

I have KAM: The Shattered Kingdom v1.31..

I think that this is the problem why I can't load the saved multiplayer game.. It is loading and it stay on 100%...

When mapsize is wrong I'm more than sure that save contents are damaged aswell. I guess you have to update your KaM version, for it has a bug.

Has anyone ever decoded the .sav format? Someone on the German forum made the thing to open saves and change ware amounts, so he must know. It would be great to add it to the decoding section on the website. (Although Litude doesn't seem to update it anymore...)
