Dangerous Shore

Hello everyone

i've made a tactic map :)

there are different ways of playing it:
4p(2v2) locations 1,2 v 3,4
3p(1v2) locations 5 v 6,7
7p(3v4) locations 1,2,5 v 3,4,6,7

some feedback would be nice :wink:

Mooi! :). I like it, simple and pretty! KaM needs more fighting maps like this one, where there's several gameplay options.

Oh, and 81:122. Well hidden :D.

well the 3p gamemode needs some testing
becouse its hard to tell if its balanced :wink:

Personally I think the back side of the "Castle" is to steep...
Left side yours, right side my creation.

i prefer my 'style'
just because i dont like it when a wall or castle looks so flat :)

If I can give you some advice. Try to find 3 players that are nearly at the same level. All 3 players should have time. Then you should play like at least 10, where every single player is on every loc in a game. I am just telling you that, because I know older 3p maps/5p maps where the mapmaker tested like 3 games, all with different people, and one time the "alone" guy won so it was balanced in his mind :D Actualy today those maps aren´t really playable, because they aren´t balanced at all.

Keep in mind kam works from a birds eye view perspective, so you normally cannot see the backs of the walls very well. sorry i just thought up for an excuse, i like TRB his version better also.

anyway my suggestion is to widen the entrances a litle bit, since it is hard to get out/in that small castle so players who have much ramnged left can easily camp in there, or cannot get out because of enemy troops surrounding it.
the map looks good on the minimap though, although i think the bridge shall server no purpose.

and i have to be a little grammar nazi here, but if you meant save as in ''veilig'' it is spelled safe, since save means ''opslaan'' or ''redden'' depending of the sentence context :D
