WOW this program looks very great, but where can I change the language?
Currently only Dutch and English are supported. I think you set this when you use the auto installer. Maybe you could talk to him about a German translation?
And where can I setup terrain etc?
This is for making villages and some units, it is NOT for terrain. To load the map he is using my
Map2Bitmap application.
His program is beta and is very difficult to use. Loading the map requires quite a bit of fiddling around. Once the map is loaded you can build a village very easily by clicking on items on the left and dropping them on the map. However, when you export the mission it saves it to a text file with the commands un-encoded. This means you then must open that file, copy all of the commands to another editor that supports en-coding (like mine or Harold's or Merchator's) and then save it.
So basically, you can only use it as a supplement to another editor, as it is only for villages. Also, only use it if you know a fair bit about how computers work. (to load the map, copy the commands to another editor, etc.)
So, at the moment I wouldn't recommend it to people, but he is still developing it. I have used it to make a village and it really does speed it up a lot. Ask him questions on the Dutch forum, or by email. His English is good, he has been talking to me about Map2Bitmap.
