Yeah RA is the largest clan. It just takes anyone that plays the game really so they will probably take you too.

i joined [R.A] a week ago but mercenery asked my skill level (what isn't that good but ok) but i joined so you have to have a skill level but it isn't that difficult to enter (I think)
