try anyone in RC3 start game in fullscreen (not windowed and then switch to fullscreen), and click randomly to main menu background. There is loading window

Yeah I have this bug often in the RC2 espacialy. The box isn´t disapearing and you have to put the box with your mouse to the bottom left cornor for example, so that you don´t click while playing at this region
