why people can''t make there own kam remake missions and post it here on the website so that people can download it like this: http://lewin.hodgman.id.au/kam/index.ph ... r_missions but then for kam remake

What's the problem? We encourage making maps / missions.

where can i find those missions?

I think he means like a KMR Campaign? Is that what you mean?

The missions on my site (link in your first post) are compatible with the Remake (the Remake and KaM use the same format for missions, but the files need to be put in a different place). Because the Remake AI is still being developed the missions might not work as intended, and the AI behaviour changes with every release as we improve it. For that reason people haven't really made any singleplayer missions specifically for the Remake because it's hard to get them to work as you want when the AI is not finished. But you can play the missions on my site, you need to put them in the Maps folder like this:
Maps\SomeMissionName\SomeMissionName.map
Maps\SomeMissionName\SomeMissionName.dat

For me it doesn't work, i just copy the folder and have there just .dat and .map and nothing show up

Make sure the folder you created under Maps has the same name as the .dat and .map files:
Maps\SomeMissionName\SomeMissionName.map
Maps\SomeMissionName\SomeMissionName.dat

SomeMissionName must be the same for all of them.

Well I wanted to add it also. Its really hard, you must than rename all files or just download a campaign FOR REMAKE, so the format is right from the beginning,but I think these missions you won´t find on lewin´s site.
