Now Where Did That Go?

I've been absent for a while. I'm rather curious about what the Remake is like these days.
However-- as embarrassing as this may be-- I just cannot find where to download the latest version (what ever that may be)!
So where the heck is it? It's probably right in plain site but I can't seem to spot it.

Re: Now Where Did That Go?

Welcome back! I guess people play faster nowadays than they did when you still played.

Its still on the download section of the site (http://www.kamremake.com/download/ ).

Play faster? How so? I'm intrigued.

And thanks, I completely forgot that there was a website for the Remake.

Re: Now Where Did That Go?

Watching some replays could give you an idea about the current playstyles.

For example 40 builders is quite common now.

Yes, and sending them to their doom after pt is pretty common as well.

Re: Now Where Did That Go?

I suggest you just read the news at kamremake.com, the biggest changes are described in every new version post. You're probably not that much interested in full changelogs as they're a bit long (and I dunno where to find them, maybe at Remake's google code page?)

Also playing with no woodcutters for 40 minutes is rather common too

Re: Now Where Did That Go?

@Ben: sado1 has offered an excellent source of new features in KaM Remake :) There are also YouTube videos. Detailed changelog/buglist is not that interesting read, besides it;s too lengthy, hundreds of items )))

@EDMatt: We will adjust market prices at some point though ;)

Re: Now Where Did That Go?

Additionally, if you're interested in some basic tactical advices (if you didn't play much economy games in Remake, you're going to appreciate them... I'm too young to know if original KaM Multiplayer experience helps in Remake) about building in economy games, check out my post here: viewtopic.php?p=18168#p18168
