The situation i would like to discuss happened long time ago. Pitty we were not able to discuss it in time. Pizza's, Matt's and Chic's participation in kamclub 2vs2 tournament (this one) were rejected because of untolerant reaction towards them from kamclub users. It pains for me that these players were unfairly disrespected. But the worst thing is that it looks like some of people from kamclub comunity just diisrespect all foreingners (not russian players).

I am asking everyone who orginised and who is responsible for this tournament to explain why this kind of attitude from kamclub users is tollerated and accepted, why Matt Pizza and Chic are out of tournamet(extra team) and by what actions non-russian deserved this kind of relation.

Some of posts are allready deleted from kamclub forum. It happened today because i have anounced this discussion in mini-chat. Seems someone tried to save his ass. It will not work as long as i have this screenshots:

Hypocrites everywhere. I can understand they'd rather not have some people participate in their tournament... Some 'foreigners' do indeed have a bad reputation. On the other hand, I have played several games with Mercenary and he ruined them all. Both parties are at fault here.
In the end it's their tournament, so they can decide. But if they only allow Russian players to take part, even if they can't get 32 players, then I can't help but think they are a bit scared off by foreign players... The whole 'Russian = best' attitude is a little annoying; especially since they will never be able to prove it this way.

Sorry, but what you do not like my posts? For you have selected all the message. Did I not right in saying that 32 people are hard to find, though some stick contains only Russian players?
I already wrote in the chat, I will write again here: "Sorry to join in such an interesting discussion of this championship KaMсlub.ru is the sixth in a row, and there were always only the users of this site (aliens who are just new in the forum do not count =)). I think this is silly reaction from Russian forum members. Champ rules do not say anything about nationality of participants. Furthermore, when we discussed the champ ideas with Bur he always looked forward to make them international and attract more players, make KaM less segregated into nationalities.

Its a shame they behave like that, but as long as it's internal discussions we can't do anything about it.

P.S. It's not "bugry", it's "burgi", plural of Burg - the word for castle in various Germanic languages.

I've seen tournaments organized in the german kam-forum that were meant only for those members. In the end, it''s their tournament. Please respect that the same way you want to be respected by them.

vovets, I don't think your posts are the problem here... you were talking with sense and "defended" the foreign players. What's more sad is seeing posts of Kirelareus - funny behaviour for a super moderator... It's possible he just hates Matt though. But if I was organizing a tournament I'd rather let someone play and kick him only if he caused problems.

And next time the organizers want to make a tournament without Russians (or with just few "trusted" friends of Russian community), you'd better include it in the rules (I guess the German tournament did that, right Siegfried?). You'd save some of your and our time. Also, if the tournament would be international, then some things surely need to be improved - like the rules need to be translated, maybe some "international coordinator" should be there for managing foreign team applications, helping to arrange games with Russian teams who don't speak English well, etc.

Nothing was against you vovets (I guess you are the guy with shield and sword on avatar), we just don't get Kirelareus explaination.

well, I see no problem in this situation. The application forms in main bracket have been added, so other guys, who made aplication forms after, than those, must wait when they could be changed with guys, which cannot able to play. It is common form of kamclub tournaments. That is why players must make application forms as far as they can.

@Mulbery & Lord_Stronghold: We all got used to referring to forums as Polish, English (this one), NL, German (run by The Knight), Russian. Since there's only one English forum we can safely call him that way.

Hello everyone. You may know me as owner and admin of kamclub site and forum. I apologize for kamclub forum members behavior, but still want to point out that there was nothing offensive said or done, just some harsh responses. Each of them will be reviewed.

Speaking of championship, we have made a decision to add some changes http://kamclub.ru/forum/30-1025-39802-16-1351592150. All teams submitted applications will participate in the championship. If necessary, we will play at group tables. Therefore, all are invited to take part in the championship.

@Lord: I guess main problem is about Kirills attitude. He is a SuperModerator and that kind of position demands him to be more polite and helpful, instead he was one of the main offenders and did not took any action to "bring peace into the valley". Deleting posts post-factum didn't helped either.

But if problem is in behavor of some fans why we should change rules or tournament?
