New Nation-The barbarians

Hey,
I have a new idea
but today I have a idea like a little kid, because as I played the TSK 8 mission the first time in my life, i had a big dream:
The barbarians would have their own village/army system. Because there are like from the jungle(i think) and so it does not make sence for me, if they build iron things and have *normal* buildings.
This idea I received 7 years ago. However now the Remake is out(beta versions) and so there are new possibilites, to maybe implement it. Those pictures have return this dream:
More army for barbarians+makable "sloneslingers?!" :

I think it would be nice, but I don't know if its good for the game. By the way you'll need way more buildings

Yeah I know. Do you know how the buildings are drawed-converted?
The buildings are 3D maked and converted to the 2D world, right?

I don't know a thing about it, but yes i am quite sure that they make it in 3d first.

I am only asking, because the most of the buildings dont need to make completly new, but like on the workshop with hay for the roof.
Ahhhh, but someone maybe know who has drawed the Marketplace? Wasnt it TDL?

We got Marketplace sprites from StarGazer (he's active at DE site/forum), they are composite of some existing pictures and original art. Malin from kamclub.ru made all the wares in marketplace.

No it CERTAINLY wasn't me, lol; I would never be able to design such a devious building.

This almost made my day lol.
Anyways, i think it would be nice if the barbarians had their own buildings, but like Da revolution said, im not sure if it would fit the game.

Ah StarGazer, but I havent heard anything since one year, i think. Is he still active in KaM thing?

@Pawel95: I haven't heard from him either. The Knight said he will ask StarGazer about beacon cursor few weeks ago, but that is it.

I think a new faction would be quite nice (if you would have the sprites of course). If this faction would ever be made, it has to be different in playing style than the normal one. Otherwise it serves for no purpose than just gimmick!

Yeah, could be something like Orcs and Humans in Warcraft II. Pretty close yet different. All we need is some 12000 new sprites xD

I have got a message from StarG. However he said the same like you, its very hard, but maybe he will told me some things about editing houses, i will wait!
