I have no idea what you mean.

Anyway, instead of everyone complaining, you could volunteer to help testing ;)

I think you understand me well :P Mapmakers should have more time for map with dyn... script (e.g. maybe Tef might be able to finish his map, and others guys too). This is only my mind (H) , Actually I make campaign, so.. keep your fingers crossed .

No, I didn't understand you before; otherwise I wouldn't have claimed ignorance, obviously.

Anyway, the deadline was there for a competitive reason. It wasn't meant to get the competition done quickly.

The deadline was fine, having this deadline is what kept us motivated (at least it did for me).

Of course we're all impatient, but let the judges take their time ( especially this insane american :P )

I've judged two missions so far :) How are the other judges going?

I'll try to provide good feedback on the code, and maybe write some general suggestions on the forum for making scripts more readable, shorter (less repeated stuff) and easier to maintain.

Oh my god, does that mean you will have to read scripts like Florescence or Shad's gamemode? Poor Lewin... xD

I've only written one review; though I want to expand on it. I've played some of the multiplayer missions but It's extremely hard to find testers, and it will be even harder to figure out balance (Balance will be judged instead of difficulty in the multiplayer missions).

I wanted to have The Dark Lord, you (Lewin), and I play all at the same so we could talk to each other/chat while playing multiplayer. It would be great for judging, but considering our timezones...well it couldn't get more complicated :P

@Lewin: That's a good idea, some kind of FAQ on scripts :)

That's kind of my point, Shadaoe's script is 85kb, but the KaM Remake codebase (just the parts we wrote, no libraries) is over 2.9mb (the largest single file is 163kb, and 12 files are over 50kb). Yet the KaM Remake is still easy to maintain because it's well structured and abstracted. That's what you'd expect since Krom and I are more experienced, but hopefully we can help these new programmers to improve with some kind of FAQ/hints page :)
