Adding stuff is super fun if you do it yourself, but it often results in random junk that is horrible to play for other people. How about make a proper remake of TsK and until that don't add anything?
Huge number of good old games are broken by "cool ideas" modders and remakers add. Soon you can't find the original game anywhere. And the ideas are 98% of time complite BS that ruins the game and only looks good on the paper. And were fun to add.
Thank you for your opinion, I agree with you 100%. I become very tired of people saying "add this crazy idea which will completely screw up the game!" when we don't even have core elements of the game working. New gameplay features are a low priority, and must be VERY carefully considered to make sure they fit with the game style. I believe the marketplace fits quite well. Any other new buildings/features will need to be planned in the same way.

Town hall without barbarian can be good, and if you would implement it and it's not good, it could be deleted. Also vagabonds could be handy against crossbowmans.

Will don't put the town hall only in missions of TPR.
In the TSK don't need Town hall...And if do that will "keep more the classic game".

i have read this topic and i came to an idea and hope it is possible. instead of making the town hall you should be able to make the units at the barracks, then a slinger would cost one bow, the peasant one lance and the vagabond one axe and a horse. as for the barbarians, yeah they are elite like it is said earlier. but adding the other units to the barracks would still make it a classical feel and you can still make them. would also be great for co-op missions where you are a rebel fighting against your kingdom or something.

It's often rare, but here, I agree with the GreatWhiteBear.
Especially with the last sentence.
When I entered the discussion, I made sure I read as much as possible.
1. You don't seem to be stupid when you do this,
2. You can contribute something
3. You're not double posting ideas.
And for a lot more reasons, first research, then post.
