I just wanted to open one of my maps in the in-built map editor..
For player it would be great to know which map caused the crash at least - cos he could get a corrupt DAT or something. Checking all 300 maps in search of a broken one is no fun. We will fix this issue, thanks for reporting!
EDIT: Fixed.

There is a search function in the top bar of the forum right between FAQ and Memberlist.
Searching for fog of war will result in a huge list of ideas about fog of war while it already has been accepted.

You're welcome.
Also I noticed something funny about the AI. Every player has these troops:
- 20 militia
- 8 axe fighters
- 6 barbarians
- 9 bowmen
- 9 vagabonds
And the AI always seperates one barbarian from the others and lets it join the axe fighters. Not that I care, but I'm wondering why it does that?

Does the AI dislike groups of six? Or does it adore groups of nine? Is there a reason at all? I'm very curious about the underlying mechanism.

The set AI formation is 3x3

That's not possible because the AI didn't change the formation to 3 x 3 but kept it at 2 x 4 + 1.

Then it is just 9 troops and keep the amount of rows

The reason for that is indeed due to the group formations. (the command !SET_AI_CHARACTER TROUP_PARAM) The difference is that in the KaM Remake the AI enforces the formation. If there are too many units, it will split them out and join them with another group or form their own group. If there are not enough units, it will take some from a lower priority group. If you did not specific the group formations, it will use the "defaults" which is what I measured them to be in TPR.
Now before you tell me that this is stupid, I already know, but AI is kind of on hold at the moment as it needs completely rewriting and redesigning.
So to fix it, just tweak the !SET_AI_CHARACTER TROUP_PARAM to be the formation of your groups, then they'll be happy and not change them

I see. I won't bother changing it because playing a fighting mission against the AI is boring anyway.

When comes out about co-op?

it is co-op of the normal missions, I don't know why it is in the normal missions but you should just copy the folder and paste it in the MapsMP folder.

No not yet, but I mean it is boring to play against the AI when the AI isn't scripted.

Right...
I did some scripting like having some formations and defensive positions set but it could be that the scripting went lost when the new version came.
