New KaM midi-song
Say, why don't you write something from scratch in KaM style? Instead of rewriting what is already exists there in orchestra mix.
That would be awesome!

Hi
Well, i'm not begging for someone to finish these songs. This is just a try to play by ear. And the original songs is the best. ( For me )
What a great idea. But the question is: i havn't a single idea. can i get one? (That is a question for myself.) but thank you for the idea.
MrVV
I'm sorry, you seem to be begging for somebody to ask you to finish the songs, but aren't the original songs just perfect the way they are?
You shouldn't do it for us, but for yourself, to improve your musical skills.

Take a piece of modern music (Mike Oldfield, Michael Nyman, Yann Tiersenn, etc..) and "convert" it to KaM style

"KaM Style" Can piano be used there?
However, I don't know how accurate the other songs are. Although piano probably would sound a little out of place. Try to use classic middle age instruments like harpsichord, lute, horns, war drums, etc. rather than modern instruments like piano, guitar, etc.
Lewin.
Technically in the middle ages they didn't have piano. The closest equivalent is harpsichord. (which has no dynamic variance unlike piano)

Thats what i have to say right now.
MrVV
There are so many things in the original songs that couldn't have been made in the dark ages, even the style is totally not dark-age-style. So try to use instruments they had back then, but use a modern instrument whenever you think is right.
2. Yes, i'll do that.
Then, iv'e transposed my idea: (This is really short)

You'll probably say: This is not "kam style"... But this is just an idea that i soon will "Convert" into "kam style" (bad english, yes...)
Let me hear if it sounds good or not.
MrVV
sounds like a peaceful time while building up your town.
I like it^^

Hi all again,
By a request, i had to reupload my midi songs. Maybe some of you might have heard these before.
I have been inactive for nearly 2 years now, and this will contain some midi songs i have been too lazy to upload. Probably with no difference at all.
So here is a link:
http://ifile.it/l623xic
this archive contains:
1. Deep Blue
My first midi song ever, and i think it sounds good. This one is the finished version. never uploaded before! Edit: this version has never been uploaded before.
2. Lute
This is my second version of the song, and i think its not that good to be honest... i think deep blue is way better than this, but, you might still have to hear it before you desire not to! This one has never been uploaded before. Edit: this version has never been uploaded before.
These have been uploaded before, and i don't remember i got any comments... These have been uploaded before. These is not finished and will probably never be.
3. middle ages horn
An unfinished song. it is about 81 seconds long, and some instruments missing.
4. Court Dance
The shortest midi file in here. it is about 20 seconds and some instruments are missing.
So here we go again, and whoever reads this, i hope you enjoy
I'll get back in a week to see if i got any comments
Its good to be back... Love this forum
Sincerely, MrVV
Edit: something that could be misunderstood is now corrected.
