Do you want to use TS on your phone, Killer, or to use TS Remote app which is a remote that connect to normal PC Teamspeak client?

If the first option, then you need to download a full featured TS client from official TS site. Not from Google Play marketplace (it's not there yet, as it's a beta version it seems).
