Maybe its an idea to choose what kinds of food you want to give to your troops?
I hate it when i'm almost out of saussage, then my troops are hungry and my saussages are all gone!
So like an option to choose what kinds of food you want to give to your troops?
Serfs will be more likely to choose food you have a lot of. So if you have 100 wine and 5 sausages, they will choose wine most of the time. (in that case on average they would take 20 wine for every 1 sausage) I don't think it's necessary to change it, otherwise people would always feed their soldiers wine because it's the lowest value. (your citizens gain the least condition from it)

This is an idea I’ve inspired from Stronghold Crusader that may be worth suggesting. How about that multiplayer build-and-fight matches have the possibility to start off with certain extra goods depending on the match type that is chosen by the host? The only real issue I can think of is when people start with multiple storehouses.
Standard match
No extra goods provided here. You only start with the stuff you have in your storehouse that was available already.
Builder match
Extra building material is available for you in this match type.
Merchant match
This is a versatile match type where you start off with different good types. Although they need processing for optimal use.
- Tree trunks
- Gold (ore)
- Coal
- Skins
- Corn
Warlord match
This particular match type provides some initial goods that can help setting up an army quickly.
- Timber
- Leather
- Coal
- Iron (ore)
- Horses
Deathmatch
The extra starting goods provided in this match are pretty useful when expected to go up for a long fight.
- Stones
- Timber
- Sausages
- Wine
- Bread
- Fish
- Gold
Any thoughts?

maybe you can make the those thing: when remake program is opened, player will not be able to open such another one? I mean somthing like... block) I saw it in another games (when program is opened, if you click on the same icon of game - computer report that game is already playing or smth like that

)
EDIT: or if we out of game with non-closing and press the same icon, we come for the first one. I have just made such experiment with AoE 2

How about making a option for wheat farms to let the farmers just seed, seed and chop or just chop.
It is annoying when there are full-grown plants and they keep seeding.
And with that option you have a better flow with the wheat.

That would indeed be a solution, although I like having two versions running at once. Sometimes I want to check the server list, or load a map in the map editor to check locations while I'm waiting in a lobby. Maybe we could block
multiplayer saves and
multiplayer eplays while a multiplayer game is running? (but other functions are allowed)

I don't see any reason for this. There is no advantage to changing it. If you stop planting, no more wheat will grow. If you stop cutting, the field will fill up with wheat. You cannot produce more wheat by adding this control. Seeding might feel like a waste of time, but if they don't do it, you will quickly run out of wheat to cut and no more will be growing. Please explain to me a tactic which involves using this. The woodcutter has this option so you can clear trees from an area, but you never need to clear wheat from an area.
Even if there was a small purpose to such a feature, KaM is an indirect control strategy game. You don't decide exactly what your citizens do, you do the overall control and they take care of the small details.

It isn't necessary, it is just a matter of knowing how many farmers you can use on how much fields.

But how does that help? Planting and cutting take the same time, and for every field that is cut a new one must be planted or they will soon run out of fields to cut. So with 1 planting and 2 cutting, the cutters will run out of things to do and become idle. There is no way you can set it up which will produce more wheat than if they do it randomly. As long as your farmers are never idle, they are already operating at maximum efficiency. You cannot improve that.
Even in a setup like 2 cutting 2 planting, it can't be more efficient and could actually result in farmers being idle unless you have a lot of fields. Even so, your overall wheat production will be the same or less.

But I had a second idea, not sure about it, but it might work out.
Archers on a horse. (Longbow)
Faster moving archers with a little more defense (1 or 2 points) but more sensitive to pike man.
