KaM Remake is mostly on hold. Lewin is busy with real-life. I'm busy with Knights Province and real-life too.

It would be fine to have a warning message when low on some resources (stone, wood). Caravan scrips helps a lot, but its not in every map inclusive.

Well, the goldmines in the real life also sending message about it.
Seriously, it's visible when a mountain almost empty, so the players can prepare their cities for the trading section. And the game send a message if the mines exhausted.
Wood?? Low forests or what you mean exactly? I think to it's mainly about the woodcutter's placements.
I tried to understand carvan script but seemed complicated, and I've never seen that somebody used it before. Would be nice a video about it.

I think it's good as it is, with mines sending messages of exhausted places. KaM is focused on economy, you need certain production chains in order to win a game and you need to manage it properly, having reminders for most important resources in game would be way to easy and would rain game's spirit. Of course, it is possible to make script for such reminders, if you want, but as you said, it would be connected only for certain map.

Sometimes I watch replays, mainly multiplayer replays. And sometimes, I use f11 to fast forward. Sometimes, my fast forward is to far ahead, so I have to start the replay again.

Besides from earlier ideas to have a interactive 'timeline' to adjust time of replay, I suggest when ending MP replay, the screen returns to the list of MP replays. Now it returns to SP replays. Wich is annoying since i rarely watch SP replays.

Thnx and looking forward to other players annoyance about this little problem (6)

Being able to rewind on replays is a long requested feature. Unfortunately it is hard to implement.

Unfortunately it is hard to implement.
Idea for a solution: while you watch the replay, temporary "savegames" are created every 2 or 3 minutes; when you try to rewind the replay, the closest savegame before the chosen point is selected and the replay is then fast-forwarded at x300 speed up to the selected point.

Not ideal, but maybe it would at least make it possible to rewind replays...

(The second part may also be implemented as an independent function, so that replays could be fast-forwarded too :mrgreen: )

Probably suggested many times before, but I think it's worth to mention the idea of fast forwarding the replay to the peacetime.

What about allowing interactive pause in single player?

You don't have to use it if you don't want to, it wouldn't change multiplayer (you can't pause it at all anyway), but would make it possible to issue commands, plan your base, and consider your next move(s) calmly for anyone who wishes to.

About interactive pause:

KaM is not that complicated to need such a feature. On the other hand it will be heavily abused to micro the troops.
