anyone got phone numbers? maybe it's time to take to mail and phone numbers as well as e-mails, and keep at it, aggressively till there is at least a response.

Only have a old phone number of coreplay. But i don't know if they still use it since they moved to a new building. They have got a new fax so i think also a new phone number.

Let's wait for TK's response

I' still wondering what the response is about? What did he say?

Something like he will release the sourcecode if ZuXXez agrees?

Well, damn me, I cannot be patient

Yeah, ok, it's time to show what I got back from him.
Hi Lewin,

can you forward me the message from ZuXXeZ?

I will release the sources if ZuXXeZ agrees to it.

But I won't do any support, I won't answer any questions. The source code is
pretty old and I can't remember anything I coded 12 years ago. Any
commercial use of these source codes are strictly prohibited.

Regards
Peter Ohlmann
I replied to him a few weeks ago with the email from ZuXXeZ. I also sent a message to ZuXXeZ with what Peter Ohlmann said. I received an automatic reply that Mr. Hassinger was on holidays until the 10th of May.

Since then I have not received any messages from ZuXXeZ or Joymania. So we are waiting.

Sorry for not releasing this sooner, but my plan was to wait until I heard back from ZuXXeZ. I didn't know that would take so long.
Lewin.

Oh, sorry if I urged you!

But this is indeed a positiv messega you got from Peter Ohlmann! At least he agrees. Maybe ZuXXeZ will react faster when they know that Peter Ohlmann has give his agreement?

Okay, so we have to wait...I hope we get an answer from Mr. Hassinger soon, it would be a pity if he wouldn't reply!

he will. you sure the mail went through? it may have hit the auto response and immediatly deleted, i know not how such things work.

give them my thank you's if they release the code. they would be very nice people.

Better not.

It's better to have some patience, than to keep sending impatient e-mails.
They'll probably get irritated, which results in a smaller chance to get the source code.

So, just wait a few more days / weeks. I'm sure they will reply.
If not, then try again. But not too soon, or else it'll have an opposite effect.

I agree, but I don't think over a week is too soon.
