Cheers,

Martyn

ps il probs get round to doing a walkthru sumtime after exams and completing the 20 missions.

In All honesty, the hardest and longest missions in the game are:

8.) Barbarian Hell Hoards. Second hardest mission in game.
12.) Because the Green team has an infinite supply of iron for 4 hours. Purple can be destroyed with starting army.
14.) Requires alot of patience, quick thinking and alot of defense.
16.) Within an hour the top of all leather will have an army of 200 +, but the bottom can be destroyed with starting army.

20.) Hahahahaha, try to win. Hardest mission in game, requires no talent just alot of luck and prayer.

yeh il crack 14 no doubt. i cracked 8 on third go i think, just built four or five watchtowers between stone nd gold i think the other was, mght have been iron, but that slowed down barbarians, bowers and axe fighters did rest. however, i read sumwhere tht if u dont bother and just fight, slong as u dont go near ur storehouse they wont touch tht, and although ur starting army is killed off, the barbarians dont go back and eventualy die of starvation?!?! dunno if thts true!!

still wanna find sum1 for a multiplayer game!! bored of 14 now gonna leave it a few days and try again!

Yeah in misson eight, take two or three of your axe fights the ones from the 15 unit squad, and send them up near the snow. Evertually you'll see the barbarians comming, use only 1 to attack they'll stop.

Soon the dark brown militia from the west team will attack..kill them, but the barbarians will start marching again, use the other axe fighter to stop them....and finally the last axe fighter to stop the second barbarian army marching.

Then go about your business quickly and after 30 mintues they die. :D

lol take it ur goin over them again then. bet its not the same and sumwhat boring. bet the first levels r well easy!!!

Nah, I just lost enough missions to memorize how to win at these missions, but mission number 20 is the only one I've beaten only twice. Most others are 4 or 5 times.

About the random maps there is a way but, it requires that map editor and re saving files and such. Don't bother as I tried it and it screwed up my game. Just wait till the end of the year I hear Krom is going to release a terrain and then mission editor.

Hey, I'm really bored. Wanna test out the multiplayer maps to see which one is the best one to get the most out of?

PM me or IM, whatever and well see.

Well thank god for that!

Finally completed Mission 14. With I think it ended up with 22 watchtowers and hardly no stone left at the end!!

Am now enjoying the delights of Mission 15, with only one force to be reckoned with after laying waste to the useless armies in the north and east (they are soo stupid, just sneak round their men!! HEHE)

I'm enjoying it now again! :D

Still wanna play a multiplayer though when I finish the missions if not before!!! :D:D:D

ALL IS WELL :D

I reinstalled my game, the one right on the sites main page. And I tried the TCP/IP thing again it still doesn't work. Eh must be a big glitch....owell I don't care the Peasents Rebellion really is garbage, love the idea but overall the game is rushed, and I just figured why does the fish run out, don't fish mate and reproduce shouldn't it be infinite gah...owell

Yeah my Guide is about 68% Done, soo I promised to have it up by Friday and most likely I will. Yeah and I'm restarting the Shattered Kingdom campaign again because of the walkthroughs.

Woo till next time.

Just giving everybody a quick update on the guide. Its about 90% Done, I'm finally done with all the sections and everything else. Did mostly all of it, now I'm just revising it and making it easy to read and such. I'm working on a final section right now. Its really a shame the multi player thing doesn't work but when K&M 2 comes out were going to go nuts.

Till Later,
Tony :)

Lol, do you think there will be a KAM 2? Iv read all the things on the forum and it doesnt look likely :(

Look forward to ur guide/walkthru

Martyn.

ps what do u think will be in KAM2 and how u reckon its gonna be better?!

I do think K&M 2 will come out, I mean look how long it took to make Age of Empires III, like forever. If they want to make alot of money, this game is very anticpated among the thousands.

About for K&M 2, Well Idk eventually I could put something together maybe, but there has never really been information on it ever. Maybe Real Hotdog or Krom would know.

Well, I cant program. I always figured if I ever got into that field I'd be one of the guys who comes up with the idea's how we'll do it, what ifs, how to fix this bug, ect...

PS. Guide is done, and just started K&M over so I finished a walk through for the first mission...I wanted to see how I was going to like formate it so I needed a like prototype. Yeah the Shattered Kingdom is like awesome even after like 7 years, it really is.
