i just spent an hour playing with my gf LAN style 
and its bedtime for our son. so we ended the game. is there a way to save next time before we end so i can resume it later?
like the host can save it for another time?
i found i could make a save file "i was host" but :roll: that was after i had her leave the game. so is this what i am asking about and how does it work?

she thinks its ok, she likes easy games like age of empires "the original" cuz 2 is more complex and she is playing total annihilation tonight.

LAN is fun, she enjoys playing and after our TA game she now loves total annihilation. hahaha too bad we dont have more free time, it consists of me running from comp to comp to play against her and help her learn controls so its lots of trips through the kitchen/living rooms.
i am interested in multiplayer games in all of these, hopefully short though.
