Food, and general build order problem

Well I have tried this tactic also to ignore completly food and making 60 min (PT) only weapons. HAHAH but a few time at some maps with less food,it was just FAIL,because if you start making weapon early,your smithis wont do anything the last 15-25 minutes,because they are hungry, and that was my point,why i hadnt sometimes that big army.
